A Try Dive is a fun, relaxed introduction to scuba diving in a safe, controlled environment. Guided by a fully qualified instructor, you’ll learn the basics, use full scuba gear, and experience what it’s like to breathe and move underwater.

What’s a Try Dive?

A Try Dive is a relaxed, one-off experience that gives you a taste of scuba diving in a safe, controlled environment. You’ll be guided by one of our fully qualified instructors, learn the basics, and get the chance to explore underwater with full scuba gear – all at your own pace.

What to Expect:

Briefing & Safety Overview – We’ll walk you through the essentials, including how the equipment works and underwater communication

Shallow Water Session – You’ll enter the water gradually and get comfortable

Your First Underwater Experience – it’s time to explore! You’ll get to swim around and feel what it’s like to move and breathe underwater, you may also practice some basic scuba skills

Who’s it for?

Anyone aged 8 and over can take part. Whether you’re thinking of taking a course or just want to tick it off your bucket list, this is a great way to try scuba diving with no commitment.

All equipment is provided, and our friendly instructors ensure a safe, supportive experience. Your underwater journey starts here.

How It Works

Once you have paid for this product, we will contact you to confirm your details and set you up with an SSI account affiliated with our dive centre. We will release the course academics to your SSI account so you can begin studying, and we will arrange your in-person diver training.
