This package provides academic training and certification credit only, allowing you to complete all theory online before booking your practical dives with any SSI Dive Centre. You can study at your own pace and schedule the in-water sessions whenever you’re ready, at a location that suits you. If you choose to complete your practical training with us, the amount you’ve already paid will be deducted from the full course price.

This package will give you access to SSI’s digital learning platform/app, which covers all required knowledge through videos, written modules, and interactive quizzes. The materials can be accessed on multiple devices, including mobile phones, laptops, and desktops.

Divemaster Bundle
The Divemaster Bundle is a comprehensive set of specialities designed to enhance your diving skills and prepare you for the role of a Divemaster. With this bundle, you’ll gain advanced diving knowledge, safety protocols, and dive leadership skills. You’ll complete theory modules for multiple specialities at your own pace, giving you all the necessary knowledge to confidently step into a leadership role in the dive industry.

Deep Diver Speciality
What You’ll Learn Online:
The Deep Diver Speciality provides the theoretical knowledge needed to safely explore deeper dive sites down to 40 metres. Through interactive eLearning, you’ll learn about depth-related challenges, gas consumption, dive planning, and safety considerations. The online modules prepare you with the essential theory before undertaking your practical deep-diving sessions.

• How depth affects pressure, buoyancy, breathing gas, and physiology
• Understanding nitrogen narcosis, gas density, and deep diving limits
• Planning deep dives with proper gas management and turn-point planning
• Using your dive computer effectively for multilevel and deep profiles
• Maintaining buoyancy, trim, and control at greater depths
• Environmental factors such as temperature, light loss, and currents
• Emergency procedures for deep related issues, including out of gas management

Navigation Speciality

The Diver Stress and Rescue Specialty focuses on recognising and managing stress and emergency situations both for yourself and other divers. This course provides valuable rescue techniques, self-rescue skills, and safety protocols, ensuring you’re well-prepared for any emergency scenario.

• Recognising stress and panic in yourself and other divers
• Self-rescue techniques, including managing air, buoyancy, and stress
• Basic rescue skills such as controlled ascents, air-sharing, and buddy assistance
• Preventing and managing common diving accidents and injuries

React Right Speciality
What You’ll Learn Online:
The React Right Speciality equips you with the first aid and emergency response skills needed for diving related injuries. The course includes CPR, primary care, and emergency oxygen administration, helping you become an effective emergency responder in diving situations.

• Basic life support, including CPR and first aid for injured or ill divers

Dive Guide / Divemaster Speciality
What You’ll Learn Online:
The Dive Guide / Divemaster course is the final step before becoming a professional dive leader. This training covers dive leadership, dive site management, and assisting divers in training. It prepares you to take charge of dive groups and assist instructors with diver safety.

• Understanding the responsibilities of a dive leader and guide
• How to lead guided dives, provide briefings, and ensure diver safety

You can then complete your digital self-study at your own pace and finish the theory modules before starting your practical sessions.
